GET READY TO BE ANGRY - SHARE AND SHAME Bolton Labour Council have been so upset by the last few months of heckling from the public gallery at Council meetings, that they're going to spend tens of thousands of tax payers money installing gigantic prison style security glass across the front of the public gallery. 1. This will stop the public being able to heckle. 2. They will remove a further 16 seats from the public. 3. It will prevent us from recording audio of meetings. 4. This goes against Democracy. 5. Bolton Council is gong to regret this as much as Asons. Planning application number - 00410/17 Bolton News Manchester Evening News 107.4 Tower FM Private Eye

Bolton Labour are now so anti-democracy they're going to try and silence any public objections in the council's public gallery. This is shocking! They want to put a glass screen up!
